This is for dance lovers…
In this video I guide a dance routine, a type of a positive habit, that I call mindful movement. This routine is a wonderful way to release difficult emotions, to connect with „what is” in your body, whether it is stress, depression, anxiety or just feeling good or nothing in particular. By connecting to the music, breathing and how we resonate with it in our bodies, it is easier to connect to our emotions and experience them and release them.
This is meditation in motion, and being mindful, being present with what is, without judgement is the best way to connect to the power of now. Dance is a great way to move your body, practice self love and exercise in a soft way, and enter a state of flow. I love to dance because it makes me happy and it helps me exit my mind and enter the field of pure potentiality. Dancing makes me bring out the magic in me and others.
